forms a rigorous and quality training program for our committed students. In support of our promise to use, explore,
and share effective teaching methodologies, SCB provides teacher training for all faculty members.
Faculty also participate in annual performance evaluations and syllabus review.

Our accredited faculty auditor and mentor observes the progression and teaching skills of our faculty to ensure
our instruction remains consistently excellent and relevant.

In addition to our year-round faculty, we invite acclaimed guest teachers and choreographers to instruct master classes.
