As certified trainers in Pilates and GYROTONIC® exercise systems along with CrossCore® Rotational
Bodyweight Training, we incorporate body conditioning for students at all levels to enhance
and increase their ability to learn to dance.

Created by Joseph Pilates, a physical therapy pioneer, focuses on strengthening and stretching the body resulting in long, lean muscles.
Using specially designed equipment, Pilates offers low impact physical conditioning and creates a balance of strength and flexibility. An added focus on core stability and strength helps realign the entire body and counter the effects of gravity, resulting in improved overall strength, coordination, energy, and flexibility.

GYROTONIC®
Is a unique and revolutionary method derived from yoga, ballet, swimming, gymnastics, and tai chi. This low impact fitness system focuses on increasing joint mobility and range of motion, but also develops coordination and strengthens, lengthens, and tones muscles.
The exercises are performed on beautifully handcrafted wooden machines, which are built around the body to create a smooth but continuous resistance throughout the body’s entire range of motion.

CrossCore® Rotational Bodyweight Training
Is a suspended bodyweight training system that engages the entire body.
By adding rotational movement to suspended body weight training exercises using a pulley system, a new and more intense challenge is introduced.
Rotational movement helps gain stability and strengthens the core. It allows you to target individual muscles or an entire muscle group. Changing the position and angle of your body can increase or decrease the resistance.
